This study conducted to determine the level of leadership style and the level of the performance of police personel in Bansalan, Davao del Sur. The researchers aimed to determine the significance of the relationship between the level of the leadership style and the level of performance of the police personel in Bansalan, Davao del Sur. The study was conducted using the descriptive survey method of research by which the researchers administrated personally the questions to the selected police personel to evaluate the level of the leadership style and also to the selected barangay officials representing the community to evaluate the level of performance of the police personel . The study resulted to data and findings which determined that the level of leadership style of the police personel in Bansalan, Davao del Sur is high and the level of performance of police personel in Bansalan, Davao del Sur. As the outcome of the study particularly on the level of leadership styles the Democratic Style of Leadership in rendering services and in leading its organization and in the community, and must continue the good and productive performance in performing their duties and must strive more in living with harmony especially in the community in order for them to be comfortableand to learn how to build up unity to prosperity.
