Summary, etc. The challenges for campus law enforcement are to provide security to students, employees, staff sand visitors - known to be as the clients of security personnel - and to protect constitutional guarantees while, at the same time, maintaining safety and order on the campus. Accomplishing these objectives requires (1) a thorough understanding of these often competing principles, (2) effective communications and planning, and (3) the development of strategies and practices that protect constitutional guarantees while maintaining a safe and secure environment on campus. Client's satisfaction would then be determined depending on how members of security personnel perform their duties and functions. This study lays the groundwork for future studies by providing a description of client's satisfaction in security guard's performance, Further, this study analyzed the results of a survey conducted to the students of University of Mindanao Bansalan College by employing a descriptive-correlation method to determine the level of performance of security guards and client's satisfaction to the performance of security guards in their duties and functions. Moreover, this thesis seeks to determine if there is a significant difference between security guard's performance and client's satisfaction by using descriptive statistics, frequency and percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation and ANOVA. The data analysis further shows that there is no significant relationship between security guard's performance and client's satisfaction when analyzed by year level which indicates that student's year level is not the main determinant in identifying client's satisfaction on how security guards perform their duties and functions. It is therefore recommended that other determinants, like administrative officers, employees and staff, and visitors must be included in the conduct of the study in order to draw up conclusive statistical data analysis and interpretation and conclusions in client's satisfaction on how security guards perform their duties and functions.
