FW-MCHP also established a center for breast-feeding mothers, daycare centers, etc. This way, Policewomen can be befit from the program that they can be able to stay focused on their work, become more productive knowing that their children are well taken care of PNP unit of Magsaysay, Bansalan, Matanao (MABAMA) should design a training program just like what Davao City Police Office have implemented for policewomen. PNP officials should also give opportunities for policewomen to do the functions of policemen like patrolling, and not just that they have to do office on functions alone. This research can be further enhance on digging issues on what drive Policewomen to join PNP and any other law enforcement agencies (specifically male-dominated agencies).
