Summary, etc. the study sought to determine the level of perception of unregistered and delinquent certificate registration of motorcycle as perceived by the selected residence of Digos city. it aim to answer the following question: what are the causes of the unregistered motorcycle in terms of cost, violation and renewal; what are the perceived causes of delinquent certificate registration of motorcycles in terms of cost, violation and renewal and is there any significant relationship between the level of perception and causes of unregistered and delinquent certificate registration of motorcycle in Digos city.<br/> The descriptive correlation survey method of research was used to find out the level of perception of unregistered and delinquent certificate registration of motorcycle in Digos city. there where three hundred (300) respondents of the study.<br/> The findings of the study state that the decision on null hypothesis is accepted. with this, following recommendations are made; the land transportation office (LTO) should encourage the motor vehicle owners to register to register to assure safety and to assure the accurate ownership of such belongings and the land transportation office (LTO) should further investigate the vehicles that are continually running in the street without proper registration and put appropriate sanction on any violation committed.
