| Summary, etc. | This study was conducted to determine the performance of Traffic Management Committee and the satisfaction of drivers and operators in Magsaysay Davao del Sur. The researchers aimed to determine the significant difference in the performance of TMC and the satisfaction of drivers and operators Magsaysay Davao del Sur when respondents are analyzed by profile. The study was conducted using the descriptive correlation method. The researchers administered personally the questionnaire to the chosen drivers and operators Magsaysay Davao del Sur with 100 participants. The study resulted to data and findings to determine the level performance of TMC and the satisfaction of drivers and operators was strongly agreed. The significant difference in the performance of TMC and the satisfaction of drivers and operators Magsaysay Davao del Sur was tested at 0.05 level of significance. Based on the findings and conclusions, the researchers would like to recommend that the Municipality of Magsaysay must think more effective ways support the traffic officers and in as much as the level of performance and satisfaction of drivers and operations is concerned. The traffic officers should display the slow banner of the bat, face the traffic, extend the free arm and give to slow gesture and always ensure that indication scheme even to the traffic is consistent with the display provided by the traffic signals. Further, the traffic officers, drivers and operators must work cooperatively to have a peaceful and coordinated traffic movement. |
