The study was conducted to determine the extent of implementation of City Disaster  Coordinating Council Program at BRGY. Mankilam , Tagum City.

  Specifically, it sought to answer the following question:
   1. What is the extent of implementation City disaster coordinating council program as perceived by the residents of Brgy. Mankilam, Tagum City of:

    1.1. Hazard evaluation and mitigaton;
    1.2. Vulnerability analyses;
    1.3. Identification of hazard-prone areas; and 
    1.4. Mainstreaming?

2. Is there difference on the extent of implementation of City disaster coordinating council program when grouped according to:

    2.1. Purok;
    2.2. Educational attainment; and 
    2.3. Age?
