520 | 3 | _aThis study was conducted to determine the level of effectiveness of police patrol and satisfaction of the barangay officials in Bansalan Davao del Sur. The researchers aim to determine the significant relationship between the effectiveness of police patrol and satisfaction of the barangay officials. The study was conducted using descriptive correlation method. The researchers administered the questionnaire to the chosen barangay official with 16 participants. The result of the study of level of effectiveness of police patrol and the satisfaction of barangay officials is high. The significant level between the effectiveness of police patrol and satisfaction of the barangay officials was tested at 0.02 level of significance. Thus, the decision on hypothesis is significant which means that there is significant relationship between the two variables. Based on the findings and conclusion the researchers would recommend that the PNP personnel should intensify the conduct of IEC as well as their community relation on the AOR so that the general public will be enlightened on the police personnel activities. The PNP continuously have their ability on public relation through seminars and team building. They should get acquainted with the entire Municipality, with the LGU and community leaders in the area by conducting a visitation to the entire barangay. The PNP personnel should always bear in mind the protection of life and property. | |
