520	3		_aThis study, focus on the relation between ex-convicts and the people of the municipality of Bansalan to assess and perceive the behavior among ex-convicts ant the people in the community of Bansalan. Their attitude, view towards ex-convicts and vice versa. Also show causes that effects the relationship of the respondent and variables and this study. And how ex-convicts and people around in the municipality reconcile their relation to each other, and accept each behavior. The main purpose of this study is to determine the level of acceptance of the community towards the ex-convicts in the selected Barangays of the Municipality of Bansalan, Davao del Sur. There were two variables in this study. The independent variable of is the level of treatment/acceptance of community to ex-convicts as perceived in terms of employment, social relationship and spiritual involvement and educational programs and livelihood trainings while the moderating variables are the profile of the respondents. This study used the descriptive method in investigating the research problem through a survey questionnaire. It is descriptive because the data is presented in qualitative and quantitative description as to how ex convict treated/accepted by the community. Statistical tool that was employed in the analysis of the data was the MEAN to determine the level of the treatment and acceptance of ex convict by the community. An analysis to this result shows that community Moderately Agree the acceptance or treatment of Ex-convicts in the community by Selected Barangays of the Municipality of Bansalan.
