The found out the level of bilingualism in instruction in two schools was frequently observed in classroom instruction, the level of communicative competence of the respondent was very low, and there is no significant relationship between bilingualism in instruction and the communicative competence of the respondents. Based from the findings of the study, the research recommended that the school for it gives various education opportunities and benefits to the student especially in second language learning. The department of education should give greater focus and emphasis in improving the second language teaching in the country by proving all schools a comprehensive language program which will be followed by all schools in order for the students to be substantially immersed in the second language.
