The study was conducted to determine the level of employees performance in Bansalan Coconut Farmers and Workers Multi-purpose Cooperative (BCMC). The factors that affect the level of employees performance were job skills and knowledge, problem solving, customer service, communications and entrepreneurial skills. A total of seven (7) employees were taken as the respondents. The study found out that the level of employees performance in Bansalan Coconut Farmers and Workers Multi-purpose Cooperative had an overall mean of 4.34 which was described as high. Based from the findings of the study, the researchers recommend that a cooperative should conduct performance appraisal on a regular basis to provide employees and manager with opportunities to discuss areas in which employees excel and those in which employees need improvement and for a manager to explain organizational goals and the ways in which employees can participate in the achievement of those goals. Also, a manager should provide feedback to employees regularly not just in the annual performance appraisal to make them know when their work performance. Lastly, a cooperative should use the performance appraisal document periodically, at least quarterly, to provide a running record of employees performance and to provide a picture of the employees accomplishments and progress throughout the year.
