Abstract: This study is entitled Production Practices and Return on Investment of Selected Poultry Farms in MABAMA area. It is conducted to determine the production practices of selected poultry farms in MABAMA area in term of environment, technical project, biosecurity, management, and feeding. The researchers aimed to determine the significance relationship of production practices and return on investment of Poultry farms. The study uses non-experimental descriptive survey design through survey questionnaire that is given personally to the owners of the poultry farms. The scope of the area is within the MABAMA area wherein we select 7 different poultry farms. There were 3 or 43% farms in Matanao, 3 or 43% farms in Bansalan, and 1 or 1% farm in Magsaysay, respectively. The results of the study based on the data and findings determined that the production practices of poultry farms is 4.72 which described as very highly satisfied. The measure embodied was observed in majority of the cases. The average return on investment of the selected poultry farms in MABAMA area is 17% or high. The significant difference of the return on investment when analyzed according to production practices is tested below 0.05 level of significance. Based on the findings the member recommended to minimize the highest possible expenses of each practices without compromising the quality of the product in order to obtained a higher return on investment like minimizing the feeding and technical project expenses.
