Abstract: One of the pressing concerns of the College of Criminal Justice Education of the University of Mindanao Bansalan College is the passing percentage of its graduates in the Li-censure Examination For Criminology; thus, the researcher made this study to determine the Board Examination Performance of the University in the years 2013-2015 and determined which of the school year produced the highest number of passers. With this study, findings revealed that October 2014 produced the highest number of passers and April 2015 produced lowest number of passers. They determined that there are factors affecting the Board Examination Performance of the students. Thus, the researchers generated and would like to recommend intervention programs to maintain and stabilize the passing rate of the University against the national passing rate- the school shall continue to provide its students with quality education that will assure better performance in the examination especially in the areas of comprehension and the criminology department should intensify its program of interventions such as sponsoring seminars, forum and symposium relative to the different areas of the curriculum and invite resources speakers who are experts to the said areas.
