This study was conducted to determine the level of academic concept and academic performance of the Criminology students in University of Mindanao Bansalan College. The researchers aim to determine the significant relationship between the academic concept and academic performance of the Criminology students. The study was conducted using descriptive correlation method. The researchers administered the questionnaire to the chosen Criminology Students of the University of Minadanao with 16 participants. The study resulted to data and findings that the level of academic concept and academic performance of criminology students is high. The significant level between the academic concept and academic performance of the students was tested at 5.05 level of significant. Thus, the decision on hypothesis is not significant which means that there is no conclusion the researchers would recommend that the school should conduct examinations on all types of interest of the students to specifically meet the needs of the students. The school should conduct skill development training and workshops to develop holistically the student and to assure that they graduate as a fully developed and functioning individual in our society and in the institutions they wanted to be in the future. The students should continuously endeavor to enhance their field of interests as well as to function satisfactory in their own academic performances.
