This study is conducted to determine the students' perception towards online shopping of UM Bansalan College, Bansalan, Davao del Sur in terms or perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment and perceived risk. The researchers aimed to determine the significant difference in the perception of the respondents when analyzed according to year level. This study is conducted using the Slovin's formula with the sample size of 105 students of UMBC. The results of the study on the data and findings determined that the students' perception towards online shopping is 3.71 which described as high. The measure embodied was observed in majority of the cases. The significant difference in the students' perception when analyzed according to year level is tested below 0.05 level of significance.
