The study was conducted to determine the level of services offered of the Provincial Rehabilitation Center and the level of satisfaction of the inmates. The researchers aim to determine the significant relationship between the services offered and satisfaction of the inmates. The study was conducted using descriptive correlation method. The researchers administered personally the questionnaire to the selected inmates of Provincial Rehabilitation Center with 158 participants. The study resulted to data and findings, the services offered of Provincial Rehabilitation Center are high and the satisfaction of the inmates is high. The significant relationship between the level of services offered and satisfaction of the inmates was tested below 0.05 level of significant which means that there is a significant level between the two variables. Base the findings and conclusion the researcher would recommend that the personnel of the Provincial Rehabilitation Center together with the Local Government of the Davao del Sur should retain its level and continue giving what is needed for the betterment and satisfaction of all inmates. In as much as the level of inmates satisfaction is also high, the researcher would recommend that they should continue giving and providing the best services of the inmates. It is a fact that the greater accessible the services are the better satisfaction will be. Further, since the medical services got the low level among all indicators, the personnel of Provincial Rehabilitation Center together with the Local government of Davao del Sur must give a high regard services. They must give more medical materials in order for the inmates more healthy.
