Performance level of the Davao del Sur provincial rehabilitation center personnel as perceived by the inmates / by Cris Art L. Dampios, Jaypee S. Fernandez, Bryan T. Sosmeña.

This study aimed to determine the performance rating of the personnel of Davao del Sur Provincial Rehabilitation Center in the performance of their mandates in terms of Custodial Measures, Security and Investigation. In addition, it is designed to know the Demography of the Inmates inside the said institution, in terms of Age, Gender, Educational attainment, and Length of service inside the Davao del Sur PRC. Furthermore, this study aimed to find out if the inmates were satisfied with the rehabilitative measures they received inside the institution. Making use of the inmates of the PRC as the respondent by providing them survey questionnaires, we will be able to gather information right directly from the respondents. The answered questionnaires were interpreted by means of finding the percentage as to the inmates demography and the use of the Mean and the Standard Deviation to performance in order to establish the findings, conclusions, and recommendation. The result revealed that the inmates rating for the Davao del Sur Provincial Rehabilitation Center is above the expected level.
