This research is entitled Barangay officials behavior and satisfaction of its resident in barangay Mabini, Magsaysay Davao del Sur. This study is aimed to determine the perceptions of the residents of Magsaysay, Davao del Sur regarding the barangay officials behavior. Specifically, it seeks to answer what is the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of sex, and age, the level of satisfaction of the respondents regarding the behavior of barangay officials in terms of commitment to public interest, professionalism, justness and sincerity, political neutrality, responsiveness to the public, nationalism and patriotism, commitment to democracy and simple living. The researchers aimed to determine the significant relationship between the level of behavior of barangay official and the level of satisfaction of the residents. This study is conducted using the descriptive-correlation method with a total of 2,008 residents. The results of the study based on the data and findings determine the level of satisfaction of the selected residents on the behavior of Barangay officials over-all mean obtained is 4.11 described as high. Data shows that there is a significant relationship between the barangay officials and satisfaction of residents when analyzed by sex, and age. Barangay official's behavior and satisfaction of its resident in barangay Mabini, Magsaysay Davao del Sur. In this connection, the researchers recommend the barangay officials must constantly be responsive to their constituents by providing prompt, courteous, and adequate service to their constituents.
