Statement of the Problem
The main concern of this study was to determine the level of Police Organizational Structure in New Corella.
Specifically, it sought answer to the following question:
1. What is the level of Police Organizational Structure in New Corella, as perceived by Police Personnel in terms of:
1.1. Bureaucracy;
1.2. Professionalization; and
1.3. Stability of assignment?
2. Is there a significant difference on the police organizational structure in new corella when analyzed according to:
2.1. Age; and
2.2. Gender?
