The Part 1 dealt the personal information of the Criminology Graduates in UM Bansalan College in SY 2010-2013 and Part 2 dealt with the employment data of the respondents. The research instrument in this study was standardized questionnaire which is developed by CHED and was been modified by the researcher which is called Graduate Tracer Survey Study. Out of 160 total population of respondents, we come up with 109 sample respondents due to the reason that we can't trace some of the Criminology graduates anymore. The Study revealed that the personal information of the respondents were single and male. SY 2012 had the highest number of Criminology graduates who passed the Criminology Licensure Examination and presently employed and had a stable job. The employment data of the respondents were regular or permanent in their present job or current job and commonly had the position as Police Officer 1 who works in the government or organization. Their current job was their first job which was related to the course they took in college and took their first job as a walk-applicant making them wait to land their first job in 6 months to less than 1 year. Salaries and benefits was the top reason for the respondents to stay in their first job. For the respondents that their current job was not their first job, it took 1 month to less than 6 months long they in their first job but majority to the respondents did not answer the question because most of them had their stable job on their present job. For those respondents that their current job was not their first job.
