Abstract: This study entitled '' Causes of Domestic Violence as Perceived by the Members of the Lupong Tagapamayapa in the Municipality of Banslaan, Davao del Sur" aimed to determine the real cause of such domestic issues, why such kind of violence, even with the very strong policies against it, it still exist within the community particularly with a marital realtionship.
