Summary: The main purpose of this study was to identify the extent of the influenced of criminological construct to juvenile delinquency. Furthermore, this study found answer to the following questions: 1. What is the level of criminological construct of youth in terms of: 1.1 Social learning 1.2 Social control 1.3 Deterrence 1.4 Strain; and 1.5 Adult attachment? 2. What is the level of delinquency in terms of: 2.1 Status offense; and 2.2 Delinquent offense? 3. Is there a significant difference on the level of juvenile delinquency when grouped according to: 3.1 Gender; and 3.2 Age? 4. Is there a significant relationship between criminological construct and juvenile delinquency? 5. Does criminological construct significantly influence juvenile delinquency?
