Barangay Official Performance and Satisfaction of Selected Residents of Bansalan Buenavista, Bansalan, Davao del Sur by Jayford Mirafuentes, Paul Andre Ancheta, Leah Mae Sarabia.

This Study was conducted to determine the level of performance of the Barangay Official and Satisfaction of the residents of Barangay Buenavista, Bansalan Davao del Sur. The Study was conducted using the descriptive-correlation method of research by which the researchers personally administered the questionnaire to the selected resident of Barangay Buenavista, Bansalan, Davao del Sur with the sample size of 100 participant, The resulted from data gathered determined that the level of performance of the barangay official obtained the over-all mean of 3.74 described as high and level of satisfaction of selected residents obtained the over-all 3.74 described high, The relationship of the two variables affirmed that there is no relationship between the performance of barangay official and satisfaction of selected residents. Based on the findings and conclusion, the researcher would recommed that the barangay officials must perform their duties and functions without prejudice and bias. To further make their constituents be very satisfied to their performance. Great emphasis on environment management and governance must be considered, making sure that they are always available and ready to render service to their constituents.
