This business assesses the feasibility of transforming the struggling and declining Davao del Sur 'Sugar' industry into a thriving and profitable 'Sugar Cane' industry by producing good variety of sugarcane. The goal of the business is to help provide additional input of sugar which the researches found out that there will be increase of buying price for a sugar. Which the opportunities to get high return of investment. The sugar industry is an important provider of jobs. Its role in this regard has been particularly valuable as it is a rurally based industry and so the jobs for growing are in the rural areas. At the centre of this new operation will be the 10 hectares of land which rented by the investors with the agreed price of 6,000 per hectare per year.
