This study was conducted to determine the study habits and academic performance of 4th year BS criminology students of Um Bansalan College. The researchers aim to determine the significant relationship between the study habits and academic performance of 4th year BS criminology students. This study examined the outcome of a survey conducted to the 4th year BS Criminology students of UM Bansalan College by employing a descriptive-correlation method to determine the study habits and academic performance. The data analysis exposes that study habits gained a high status and the analysis further shows that there is significant between study habits and academic performance of the 4th year BS criminology student's. The results show that the level of study habits cannot affect the academic performance of 4th year BS criminology students. The researchers then highly recommend that the level of academic performance of the 4th year Criminology Student should improve their Study Habits because it plays big role in their academic performance. We highly recommend also that not only professor but also other people that surround the students must guide and motivate them in dealing with their study habits to attain high academic performance. Students themselves would have a positive outlook towards their academic performance and develop their study habits.
