This study was conducted to determine the level of services and level of satisfaction of customers of RJJT Lumber and General Merchandise in Bansalan Municipality with a total of 71 customers of said merchandise were taken as respondents. The study found out that the result of Service of RJJT Lumber and General Merchandise and Customer Satisfaction in Bansalan, Davao del Sur, and the researcher obtained the following conclusions of:1. The level of Services of RJJT Lumber and General Merchandise in terms of Products are very high; Accommodation is very high; Location is moderate; Promotion is very high. Then overall level of Customer Satisfaction of RJJT Lumber and General Merchandise in Bansalan, Dvao del Sur is moderate. 2. The level of satisfaction of customer of RJJT Lumber and General Merchandise in terms of: Product is very high; Accommodation is very high; Location is very high; Promotion is high. The overall Level of Customer Satisfaction of RJJT Lumber and General Merchandise in Bansalan, Davao del Sur is high. 3. There is a significant relationship between the services quality and customer satisfaction of RJJT Lumber and General Merchandise.
