Performance level of the barangay tanod in the implementation of curfew hour as perceived by the poruk officials in Barangay Pob. Dos Bansalan, Davao del Sur / by Greselle Louie A. Pahila, Dalton C. Tidalgo, Nelson N. Ybañez.

This study aimed to determine the performance level of the Barangay Tanod in Implementing Curfew Housers in Poblacion Dos Davao del Sur as evaluated or perceived by the Purok Officials of the said Barangay. In addition, it is designed to know the Demography of the respondents if they are qualified as such evaluator in terms of Age, Gender, Educational attainment, and Civil/Martial Status. This study gears toward identifying needs: personal and professional, of the members of the Barangay Tanods. Furthermore, this study aimed to find out if these Purok Officials were satisfied with the performance of the Barangay Tanod. Making use of the Purok Officials as the respondent and as constituents of the barangay by providing them survey questionnaires. The answered questionnaires were interpreted by means of finding the percentage as to the demo-graph and the use Mean and the Standard Deviation to performance in order to establish the findings, conclusions, and recommendation. The result revealed that the Purok Officials rating for the performance of their Barangay Tanod is average or just meeting the respondents expectation at a moderate level.
