This study was conducted to determine the students satisfaction in the services of the Learning and Information Center of University of Mindanao Bansalan Campus. The researchers aim to determine the level of satisfaction of the students in the services of the Learning and Information Center when analyzed by their course. The study was conducted using the descriptive-correlation method of research by which the researchers personally administered the question to the students with the sample size of 168 participants as respondents. The study resulted to data and findings determined that the level of satisfaction of the students in Learning and Information Center in terms of personnel, collection, services and library is moderate. The significant relationship between the level of satisfaction of the students in services of the learning and information center when analyzed by their course of UMBC was tested below 0.05 level of significant. There is a significant relationship between the level of satisfaction of the students in services of the learning and information center. Base on the findings and conclusions, the researchers recommend that the school library offer more books for reference, more improved services in assisting students locate retrieve and return books. Rules inside the LIC must be strictly implemented.
