This study Aimed to Determine the Performance of the Jails Officers in District Jail in the performance of their mandates in terms of stress management program and security. In addition, it is designed to know the Demography of the Jail Officers inside the institution, in terms of Age, Gender, Educational Attainment, and Length of service of a Jail Officers. Making use of the jail officers of the Digos City District Jail as the respondent by providing them survey questionnaires, we will be able to gather information right directly from the respondents. The answered questionnaires were interpreted by means of finding the percentage as to the jail officer's demography and the use of the Mean and the standards Deviation to the performance in order to establish the findings, conclusion, and recommendation. The result revealed that the jail officers rating in Digos City District Jail is above the expected level.
