This study was conducted to determine the Traffic Management Center and Satisfaction of Public Utility Tricycle Motorist in Bansalan, Davao del Sur. The researchers aimed to determine the significant relationship between the performance of Traffic Management Center and Satisfaction of Public Utility Tricycle Motorist the study was conducted using the descriptive correlation method. The researchers administered personally the questionnaire to the chosen respondents in Bansalan Davao del Sur with 106 participants. The study resulted from the data analysis and findings that the Traffic Management Center and Satisfaction of Public Utility Tricycle Motorist was strongly agreed. The significant relationship between the performance of Traffic Management Center and Satisfaction of Public Utility Tricycle Motorist in Bansalan, Davao del Sur was tested below 0.05 level of significance. Based on the findings and conclusions the researchers would recommend that the members of the TMC must undergo proper training in traffic enforcement and must familiarize themselves with the proper implementation of the traffic rules and regulations in terms of enforcement, engineering, education, economic and environement. In as muuch, the members of the TMC must enforce traffic rules and regulations without prejudice and bias. Further, the members of the TMC must clear the streets and sidewalks from traffic obstructions, especially in the commercial district of the municipality, to ensure smooth flow of traffic which will then aid in the faster growth of the economy.
