this research is focused in the customer satisfaction of the new digos public market. the descriptive survey was emphasize any study. the 200 customers of the said market were chosen as the respondents of the study. the level of the customer satisfaction is very low. it has an overall calculated mean of 3.757. it was found out that there is no significant difference in the level of customer's satisfaction. findings of the study shows that the place and product are the key factors for customer satisfaction in selected public market in Digos city. based on findings the researchers would like to recommend to the vendors of the new public market that they should improve on how they accommodate or entertain their customer properly so that they can obtain a good public relation towards their customer, researcher would like to recommend to the vendors of the new public market that they should maintain the cleanliness and orderliness inside and outside to the market, researcher would like to recommend to the vendor of the new public market that they should follow the suggested retail price set by the DTI, researcher would like suggest to the local government of digos city that they should maintain the good facilities of the public market and construct a wide parking area for the customer's vehicle, and it is recommended that the future researcher will do more readings and do research with the regards to the areas not explored in this study like pricing of the vendors, assessment of the facilities and section area of goods.
