This study aimed to determine the quality of the traits of Women Who Supervise Men in terms of behavior, Mind-set, Emotional Ground, and Motivation. In addition, it is designed to know the Experience of the Policewomen in terms of Emotional, Social, Spiritual, and Physical. Furthermore, this study aimed to find out if there is a significant relationship between Women Who Supervise Men and the Experience of the Policewomen. Make use of the practicing policewomen supervisors as a subject and to include their male subordinates as supporting respondents. By providing them survey questionnaires, we will be able to gather information right directly from the respondents. The answered questionnaire were interpreted by means of finding the Mean in order to establish the findings, conclusions, and recommendation. The result revealed that the quality of the traits of women who supervise men in Davao del Sur is above the expected level. As well as the result for the evaluation of the experience of the policewomen which were at the effective level of experiences.
