Abstract: This study aimed to determine the performance rating of the Security Guard Personnel of the University of Mindanao Bansalan Campus in dispense of their duties and responsibilities. In addition, it is designed to know the Demography ratings of the respondents (122 samples) in terms of the department and status. Furthermore, this study aimed to find out if the respondents were satisfied with the services they received. Statistical tools that were employed in the analysis of the data were the following: As for Problem 1 regarding the profile of the respondents, the frequency and percentage was utilized. While on problem 2 Mean and Standard deviation were used. The result revealed that in general, the respondents rated the security personnel of the UM Bansalan Campus with High description which can be interpreted as Highly Skilled, in their performance.
