Abstract: This study aims to determine the five (5) year study the rate of rape arrest in Digos city for the year 2006-2010: basis for intervention where measures used in the analysis to arrive at the findings and conclusions. the level of of rate of the rape arrest in Digos city is low. there is no significant relationship among aggravated, statutory, acquaintance and incest rape. the study used the secondary data from the Digos city police classified into different types of rape to determine the rape arrest committed in Digos.
