Level of implementation of the rules and regulations and security personnel services in UM Digos campus / by Stemard M. Masong, Melvei M. Navarro, Jason N. Gloria.

this study employed a descriptive - correlation method to determine the level of implementation of the rules and regulation and security personnel services in UM Digos campus. it involves the commerce students, criminology, education, IT and liberal arts students of UM Digos college. a total of 362 students of whom 117 from education department, 85 from criminology course, 63 commerce and liberal arts degrees and 34 are the information technology department are considered respondents of this study.
Data where interpreted using the mean to determine the level of performance of the UM Digos security personnel in implementing rules and regulations of the institution. it was found out that the mean score for the level of implementation of the rules and regulation and security personnel services in UM Digos campus is high, which means that they performed their task highly. Also revealed that both sexes as males and females perceived high performance.
