The level of Effeciency of the Barangay Peacekeeping Action in Baarangay Tubod,Bansalan, Davao del Sur/ by Julieto Baon, Jan Carl Caballero, and Jay Salut.

This study was conducted to determine the level of efficiency of the barangay peacekeeping action team in Barangay Tubod, Bansalan, Davao del Sur. The researchers aim to determine the significant difference in the level of efficiency of the barangay peacekeeping actionbteam when respondents are analyzed by educational attainment. The study was conducted using the descriptive correlation method. The reseacher administered personally the questionnaire to the chosen residents of Barangay Tubod, Bansalan, Davao del Sur with 332 participants. The studied data and finding to determine the level of efficiency of barangay peacekeeping action team result as high. There is a significant difference in the level of efficiency of the barangay peacekeeping action team in Barangay Tubod, Bansalan, Davao del Sur and was tested below 0.05 level of significance. Based on the finding and conclusions, the reseachers would like to recommend that the barangay peacekeeping officer should always do more effective ways to earn or gain the trust from the community. In as much as the level of efficiency of the barangay officer is concered, the reseachers would also like to enhance that the Barangay Peace keeping action team should do monthly awareness seminar for the parents on how to handle their children in order to prevent the from committing dangerous activities, Further, the people of the community must be aware of thier responsibilities not just the officer who was being tasked. In order to achive a peaceful community, everyone must be encouraged to cooperate for everyone's safety.
