Summary: This study determined and analyzed the service quality and client satisfaction in MSWDO of Bansalan davao Del Sur and it is the result of a field research which aimed to determined the quality offered by MSWDO. the research study was participated by 200 respondent coming from selected resident in Bansalan Davao Del sur such as New Clarin, Dolo and Sto Nino. It revealed that service quality and client satisfaction have direct relationship. This study plays a great role which well serve as helping tool to MSWDO management to improve and enhance the existing guidelines and practice in terms of quality service to the client and to be a guide in specific dimension top be improved. As a civil servant, service is the business. The image of MSWDO can be observe thru up- to-date equipment, facilities, information for any changes and guidelines and policies of there existing programs and those information should be disseminated to the client so that they well also known and can adopt whatever changes that well take place.
